Do you come to my home?

Yes. We provide in-home tech support so you don’t need to unplug anything or travel. We come to you and fix the problem where you’re most comfortable.

How much do you charge?

We charge a flat rate of $149 for up to 90 minutes.
If more time is needed, it’s $99 per additional hour — and we always discuss this with you before continuing.

What if you can’t fix the problem?

If the issue can’t be fully resolved, we’ll clearly explain why and what your options are. You’ll still receive honest advice, guidance, and next steps — never guesswork.

Will you explain things in a simple way?

Absolutely. We specialise in explaining technology in plain English, at your pace. There are no silly questions, and we’re happy to repeat things until you feel confident.

What are the qualifications of your technicians?

All our technicians are certified and trained, focusing on clear communication and respectful assistance.

Is it safe to let someone into my home?

Yes. We are a registered Australian business, locally owned and operated. With police checks and relevant Insurance. We treat every home with respect and professionalism and are happy to answer any questions before arriving.

Can you help me avoid scams?

Yes. We regularly help seniors identify scam emails, text messages, phone calls and fake websites. We’ll also show you how to spot warning signs so you feel more confident in the future.

Do I need to know anything before you arrive?

No preparation needed. Just show us the problem and we’ll take it from there.

Can my family member be involved?

Of course. We’re happy to speak with adult children or family members if that makes you feel more comfortable.
